Just for fun .... How did you come up with your kennel name
Kennel name: Nasusa - permanently registered with the Canadian Kennel Club.
It is Susan's name spelled backwards! I added an 'a' because I thought it sounded too gutteral without.

1. How many years have you been in Whippets ?
I have actually owned/bred Whippets since 1983 although I had shown Whippets for friends for many years before that.
Carla- I bought my first Whippet from Tuck Turner (Denroc) in 1984. She did complete her Canadian championship and her field championship

2. What breed(s) did you have prior to whippets?
I have owned and bred Miniature Wire-Haired Dachshunds since the early 1960's. I have also owned a Scottie for more than 20 years although I have only bred 1 litter. I have owned Salukis, a Siberian Husky (with Carla), and a Labrador Retriever.
Carla - Whippets were my first breed, I did own a wonderful Siberian Husky bitch who spent her later years living with and being owned by my mother.
