Ella is retiring except for Specialty Shows every now and then. She worked hard all of 2007 and will help out here at home with her sister's puppies due in mid June. She is the "play director" for any puppies on the place. This coming litter will be my first whippet litter, but we have babysat for Tad a couple of times, much to Ella's delight! As you probably know, I always go with Ella to shows with rare exception. I am just funny that way....as it's not lots of fun to stay at home and wait to hear about the show by phone for me. Maybe that came from my years in dachshunds when all our dogs were owner handled and we always drove the shows. Our children were Juniors and showing dogs was a family thing.
